¿Qué tipo de chiles usas?
¡Usamos una gran variedad de chiles comunes y únicos que hemos estado cultivando durante años para obtener un sabor y un calor increíbles que nunca encontrará en ningún otro lugar!
¿Qué es Micro-Batch?
Micro-lote significa que solo hacemos cantidades muy pequeñas a la vez, menos de 100 botellas por lote, generalmente mucho menos dependiendo del lote y las botellas. Debido a que nuestras salsas y condimentos se elaboran cuidadosamente a mano (sí, todos los ingredientes), pueden tomar más de una semana para crear cada uno en su totalidad.
¿Qué tan picantes son?
Si bien hacemos todo lo posible para describirlos lo mejor posible, todos somos diferentes y cada pimiento es diferente. No podemos garantizar que cada lote de condimentos o salsa tenga el mismo picante que el anterior. ¡Pero podemos garantizar que serán igual de deliciosos!

Great sauce
Sol Fire is the best hot sauce ever…not too hot. Lots of fire roasted flavor. I’ll be back for more. Small batch perfection!
All 3 hot sauces are absolutely amazing! Sol Fire is my favorite, it has such amazing flavor rather than the normal bland sauces and it’s because they use fresh peppers! Highly recommend! Great people to work with, and I got the sauce shipped in the mail in 3 days! And it was wrapped up tight so the bottles did not have a chance to break! :)
My parents bought me this and I'm really impressed. I love hot sauces and am always trying new ones or making my own. This one really stands out. It's quite unique and you can tell they know what they are doing. It doesn't rely on gimmicks or being overly hot. Rather it is just a compelling blend of peppers and seasoning. I've been putting it on all kinds of stuff and it goes well with everything I've put it on.
I'd also highly recommend the Adobo Chili Powder. Again, it is well balanced, unique, and versatile. I've used it in place of chili powder in dishes and season veggies and chicken with it. I even used it in a really nice chili aoli for crab cakes.
I'll def. be ordering from these folks again.
This sauce is incredible delicious 🤤 Wonderful flavors ! I bought one bottle and it’s almost empty! For sure I will order more! I used it over my beef tacos 🌮 and it was excellent! Great over your eggs, omelettes, burritos and everything. Love it 😍
