El Greengo is our mildest hot sauce, but unquestionably one of our most delicious and favorites!
All of our peppers in our sauces are lovingly fire roasted by hand to perfection.
El Greengo's heat and flavor comes from a blend of fire roasted Hatch, Jalapeno, Serrano, Piquin, chile peppers with the perfect touch of fresh garlic and onion.

What kind of peppers do you use?
We use a great variety of common chiles in our various recipes such as hatch, jalapeño, habanero, serrano, piquin, japones, arbol, poblano, New Mexico, California, guajillo, pasilla, carolina reapers, ghost, scorpions, fatallis and solely unique peppers that we have been cultivating for years for amazing flavor and heat that you will never find anywhere else!
What is Micro-Batch?
Micro-Batch means we only make very small quantities at a time, usually less than 100 bottles per batch. Because our sauces and seasonings are lovingly made entirely by hand, (yes, every ingredient) they can take upwards of a week to create each in their entirety.
How spicy are they?
While we try our best to describe them as best as possible, everybody is different and every pepper is different. We cannot guarantee that each seasoning or sauce batch will be the same spicy as the previous one, but we can guarantee they will be every bit as delicioso!

El Gringo is like the best Salsa Verde you’ve ever had but on steroids! It’s rich in flavors and has just the right amount of kick! It’s on the milder side, but the warmth it does have is like the warmth of an old friend. Perfect. Eggs, chicken, veggies, any tacos you can imagine, it pairs well with it all! 10/10!
Good Latino spice mixes are non existent here in WV until now! So happy!
