All of our peppers in our sauces are lovingly fire roasted by hand to perfection.
Sol Fire's heat and flavor comes from a blend of fire roasted yellow and/or red Hatch, Piquin, Habanero, and Scorpion chile peppers with a perfect touch of garlic.
We use organic, non-GMO expeller pressed canola oil.

What kind of peppers do you use?
We use a great variety of common chiles in our various recipes such as hatch, jalapeño, habanero, serrano, piquin, japones, arbol, poblano, New Mexico, California, guajillo, pasilla, carolina reapers, ghost, scorpions, fatallis and solely unique peppers that we have been cultivating for years for amazing flavor and heat that you will never find anywhere else!
What is Micro-Batch?
Micro-Batch means we only make very small quantities at a time, usually less than 100 bottles per batch. Because our sauces and seasonings are lovingly made entirely by hand, (yes, every ingredient) they can take upwards of a week to create each in their entirety.
How spicy are they?
While we try our best to describe them as best as possible, everybody is different and every pepper is different. We cannot guarantee that each seasoning or sauce batch will be the same spicy as the previous one, but we can guarantee they will be every bit as delicioso!
